  Our raw material is imported from German that is same supplier as Stihl.

• 3. How to ensure the quality of your products?

  QC will check step by step.There is a QC testing laboratory, every day all products are checked by professional equipment.

• 4. How to deliver the goods to the customer?

  Usually we will send the goods by sea, by air or train is also OK, just according to your requirements.

• 5. Are you a trading company or manufacturer ?

  We are the factory.

• 6.How long is your delivery time?

  Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 20 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.

• 7.Do you provide samples ? ls it free or extra ?

  Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge and free freight.

• 8.What is your terms of payment ?
